What are the payment terms?

We require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is typically paid upon arrival or 4 weeks before the charter date, depending on the season.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer a flexible cancellation period up to 7 days before your cruise. Please contact our office for specific terms regarding peak season bookings.

Are there jenerators and Wi-Fi on board?

Yes. All our yachts are equipped with powerful 27 kW Cummins generators ensuring 220V power for your devices and air conditioning, along with onboard Wi-Fi services.

Is Sanda Yachting a licensed agency?

Absolutely. We are a registered A-Class Travel Agency (No: 9410) and a certified Ship Agent (No: 1293) under the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure.
