Terms & General Conditions

Boarding starts at 15:30 on the first day of Charter. Disembarkation will be after the last day breakfast at 10.00 am. As the first and the last days are the transfer days, overnight will be at the harbour.

Tour itinerary can only be changed by the captain according to sea and weather conditions. Otherwise tour itinerary will be applied as stated on our brochures.
Our cruises are sold directly as well as through our tour operators. Our clients are from all over the globe and we believe this creates the perfect opportunity to meet people from every type of culture. We can not and do not control the AGE or NATIONALITY of guests on board. No children under the age of 12 are allowed on board.* For those who have children, they may hire a private gulet as we have gulets that are ranged from 2 cabins and more. Generally cabins have double bed, no guarantee for twin bed. All cabins have WC/ Shower, Portholes and a small wardrobe. The toilets can either be flushing type, marine type toilet with a pump or electric.
Regarding to marine safety rules and regulations all boats have life jackets, safety lines, dinghy and life raft.
All boats have inverter or generator to charge your electirical gadgets in the communal areas.
Pets are not allowed on board.
It is not allowed to bring drinks and alcoholic beverages on board from outside. A large selection of drinks can be purchased from the bar of the yachts at a reasonable price.
Due to safety reasons it is requested that physical disabilities of any kind be advised at time of reservation. It is understood that passangers require special attention or treatment will be travelling with their escorts. Unfortunately boats are not equipped for disables.
We advise you to travel light for maximum comfort on board. Hand baggages or small luggage (swimming-suits, flip-flops, suncreams, sneakers, shirts,shorts and a sweatshirt) will be enough during your stay.
Participants must be in possesion of a valid passport (expiring not earlier than one month after the cruise ends ) and should obtain visas and health certificates where required. All requirements should be confirmed with appropriate government consulate or information Office prior to departure. It is passanger’s responsibility to obtain any visas, passport, health certificates or other travel documentation required
Please, gently treat the boat crew with a tip at the end of the cruise.

RESERVATION

Deposit and Payment:
To confirm the reservation, 50% of the total charter price must be paid in 7 working days after the confirmation. The balance must be completed in 15 working days before the embarkation. Payments can be done via bank transfer or mail order.

Cancelations and Refunds:
*30 days prior to your departure: Cancellation must be in writing and received by Sanda Yachting. Full charter deposit will be refunded
* 15 days prior to your departure: 50 % of the deposit will be funded as an administration fee, the rest of the deposit will be refunded.
* Less than 15 days prior to your departure .The deposit will not be refunded.

AGENCY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sanda Yachting is responsible of the services and arrangement stated in the brochures.
Sanda Yachting liability and responsibility does not extend beyond the boat; and the arrangements made by/for passangers beforehand are at the passanger’s own risk.
Sanda Yachting does not own control any ground transportation or hotels. As Sanda Yachting has a right to tickets for land excursions or arrange other services which are operated by independent contractors, but shall not be responsible in any way whatsover for any damage, loss injury or death arising.
Sanda Yachting is responsible from quality service on equal term to all customers.
All travel documents issued by Sanda Yachting are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the laws of Turkey.

INSURANCE
All boats are under fully comprehensive and third party insurances. The insurance does not cover the accidents or injuries etc. that may ocur beyond the boat. We advise you to have your own personal Travel Insurance.

FORCE MAJEURE
Sanda Yachting does not accept liability for any loss, damage or expense resulting from war or terrorist activities, threatened or actual, civil unrest, industrial action, weather conditions, fire, flood, drought, airport regulations and closure, unforeseen alterations to public transport schedules, rescheduling of aircrafts, boats or any type of transportation means or any other event outside our control which either delays or extends the holiday arrangements.
Sanda Yachting does not accept any responsibility for any client who contravenes any law or regulation of any of the countries visited while on the cruise.

COMPLAINTS
Any complaint during your stay must be reported to the captain or the agency. The complaints not reported to the agency right away will not be acknowledged by the agency and there will be no refunds afterwards. Before disembarkation, our representative will kindly ask you to fill a questionnaire form. We welcome all your suggestions for improvements as well as your feedback on our cruise operation and the crew.
